FAQ's

We often get asked a variety of questions. If you have a question, the chances are that we may have answered it below. If not, please do get in touch as we will be delighted to help.

How do I pay?

Payment is made after you have received your order confirmation from us by email.  Payment can be made by card over the telephone, cheque in the post or by bank transfer.  Our bank details will be on the front page of you email confirmation.

How do I know what size to order?

If you are unsure about which size to order we are happy to help you so please phone us 01258 837364.  We can also send you unprinted sample garments for you to try and return.  We send out these samples free of charge but the customer is responsible for the cost of the postage to return.

What is a Wishlist?

Add the garments you require to the Wishlist on this site, send it to us without payment.  We will then confirm you order by email so that you can check it.  Payment can then be made by card over the telephone, by cheque in the post or by Bank Transfer.  If you do not want to order by using the wishlist you can phone us 01258 837364 with your order, quote request or query.

How do I order embroidery rather than printing?

Fill in the Wishlist and we will add the embroidery charge to your order and this will appear on your email order confirmation from us.  

I have a logo with more than one colour, how do I order?

Use the Wishlist to let us know the garments that you require, we will add the addtional cost for multi-colour printing and will email you an order confirmation for you to approve.  If you have not ordered from us before we will ask you to send us your design when we receive you Wishlist alternatively phone us and we can offer you a quotation 01258 837364.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, we will be happy to help you with your order or quote request 01258 837364.  You can also email us with your order or query info@wainwrightscreenprint.co.uk

Can you supply any other styles or items?

Yes please ask and we will be glad to try to source garments or items for printing or embroidery that do not appear on our website.

Is there a carriage charge?

Orders over £80 go carriage free, orders under £80 have a £6.00 carriage charge.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order just one garment.  There is a minimum order on swim caps, mugs and bags

Can I return my garment if it doesn't fit?

We cannot accept returns as garments are decorated/badged.  Should you have any sizing queries please phone us for advice/samples when ordering.

Will the printing stay on?

Our printing is high quality and if you garments are washed according to instructions ie 40 degree wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron over print.  Our screenprinting and vinyl prints are durable and last well.

How do I get a quote for embroidery or multi-colour print?

Email us your logo and the garments you think you require and we will email you a no obilgation quote.

Are your mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?

Yes

How long will my order take?

Our turnaround time is usually 9-15 working days.

Can I speak to someone as I prefer to order this way?

Yes you can order by telephone, we will be glad to help you, if you require us to call you just email us your telephone number and we will call you back.

Do I have to pay with order?

You need to make payment before we print/embroider you order.

I am a new customer. What do I do?

If you are a new customer and would like an order form, please fill in your details on the 'Request a price list' page of this website or telephone us on 01258 837364. If you know what you want to order, you can place an order by telephone.

I am an existing customer but have lost my account reference. Does this matter?

Please telephone us and we will find it for you from your group name.

How do I know I have ordered the correct size garments?

If you want to check the size of the garments before you have them printed, we can send unprinted samples to you to try. We send out up to two samples at a time, and they can be held on approval for up to seven days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the samples if you do not wish to keep them

How do you like to receive artwork?

We accept artwork in most formats. We prefer .eps, .ai or .pdf, but can also work with .jpg, .tif, .bmp, .doc etc. These files can be sent via email or put on a cd. We also accept artwork on paper or we may be able to download it from your website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our normal turnaround is 14-18 working days, but speak to us if you have a particularly tight deadline and we will do our best to help you.
