I am a new customer. What do I do?
If you are a new customer and would like an order form, please fill in your details on the request a price-list page of this website or telephone us on 01258 837364. If you know what you want to order, you can place your order on the phone.

I am an existing customer but have lost my account reference, does this matter?
Please ring us and we will find it for you to ensure that your order is correctly printed and despatched.

How do I know I have ordered the correct size garments?
If you want to check the size of the garments before you have them printed, we can send samples for you to try. We send out a maximum two samples to a customer at a time, and they can be held for approval for a week, after which, if you decide to keep them, we will send an invoice.

What is the difference between Printed Polo Shirts and Beezer Polo Shirts?
We are often asked this. If you look at the price list, you will see that the sizing is different

In which format can I send artwork to you?
We accept artwork in a variety of computer formats, including illustrator, tif, eps, jpg etc via email or cd. Most artwork comes in on paper though and we re-draw the artwork to the correct sizing etc and then we send it to you for your approval. Dont forget, ARTWORK IS FREE!

How long will it take my order to come?
Our normal turnaround is 14 to 18 working days, but speak to us if you have a particularly tight deadline and we will do our best to help you.

What are PLA straplines?
The PLA straplines are illustrated on the PLA page. The group strapline can be used with your logo to indicate that you are a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and the accredited logo can be used if you are an accredited pre-school. Wainwright Screenprint are the sole licensees with rights to print the Pre-school Learning Alliance logo on garments.
